As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my unique experience and training include work in the fields of mental health, child development, family therapy and addictions treatment. I have an unusual skill set so please be sure to look at my "About Laura" page to learn more about me and the kind of work that I do. I see therapy as a team effort, where you and I work together to find solutions to achieve balance and optimal health in your life and relationships.

As you go through the process of finding a therapist, I encourage you to interview a variety of professionals, find out about their experience and training and be sure that you feel comfortable with them.  Therapy can be difficult and sometimes scary but, with the right support, it is incredibly rewarding.
